the floor tiles suggested by Tile Shoppe staff to go with the wall tiles we chose for our bathroom are just horrible. The installer had a horrible time trying to cut them - they would just crumble they were so soft and porous. Now that they are installed, they are staining every time they get a drop of water on them. We are waiting for them to dry out so the stains are less visable so we can put a protective coat on them. They scratch VERY easily. VERY VERY disappointed.
